Dr. Collins was born and raised in Utah, but has also lived in Louisiana, California, Nevada, and even spent two years in France. He completed his undergraduate education at Brigham Young University. He is married to his wonderful wife, Eliza, with whom he shares two daughters, a son, and his favorite child, a goldendoodle named Herbie. The Collins family enjoys traveling, visiting national parks, golfing, hiking, skiing, and swimming. They are so happy to be back in Utah after many years away. Dr. Collins looks forward to providing the highest level of care while building meaningful and lasting relationships with his patients.
